Product Features

1. Flange type metal hard seal butterfly valve adopts a triple eccentric sealing structure, with almost no wear between the seat and the disc, providing a tighter sealing function over time.

2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, combining the dual advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal, offering excellent sealing performance at both low and high temperatures, with corrosion resistance and long service life.

3. The disc sealing surface is overlay welded with cobalt-based hard alloy, ensuring wear resistance and long service life.

4. Large-sized discs adopt a truss structure, providing high strength, large flow area, and low flow resistance.

5. Metal hard seal butterfly valve has bidirectional sealing function, installation is not limited by the flow direction of the medium or spatial position, and can be installed in any direction.

6. The driving device can be installed in multiple positions (rotated 90° or 180°), facilitating user operation.
